EuBea Festival – the International Festival of Events and Live Communication – recognises and promotes excellence in events and live communication across Europe and the whole world. It is the essential meeting place and networking event where the international event community gathers during three inspiring days culminating in the awarding of prizes to the best events of the year.
Heads of event agencies, corporate event directors, senior representatives of event associations, trade media from over 29 Countries attend the Festival every year to celebrate creativity, exchange ideas and best practices, and create business opportunities.
Over 400 top professionals will gather in Oporto from November 15th to 18thto:
- Participate at the live auditions. A show in itself since all shortlisted projects will be presented live by their creators to the Jury Panel and Delegates during a public session.
- Get involved in the Leadership Conference Programme. An opportunity to get inspiration from the keynotes sessions, to learn, exchange visions, creativity, and best practices.
- Celebrate the European Best Event Awards. A gala ceremony to award the best projects and get an international recognition. A great show followed by a fine dinner and a super after-party.
- Exploit all networking activities. A series of opportunities to meet peers: from one-to-one meetings to the closing dinner, the after-party and an exclusive leisure programme on Saturday 18th November.
The European Best Events Awards stands out as the main European event industry recognition, an initiative to celebrate the best creativity and innovation applied to events. Created in 2006 by ADC Group o foster and advance the importance of events in the marketing plans of companies and organisations, EuBea has helped participating agencies from 29 European Countries in finding inspiration and new ideas for their events.
The European Best Event Awards is open to all event industry entities based in Europe, including events, public relations, communication, promotion, advertising and web agencies, companies, public bodies, associations, non-governmental and non-profit organizations, locations, etc.
In 2017, ADC Group is launching Bea World, a new special section of the Awards dedicated to the global event market. Agencies and companies from all over the world will contend for the renowned golden elephant trophies in a new competition that promises to be the most challenging of all time!
The Jury Panel, composed by representatives of top corporate companies with EMEA responsibilities and by members of European national event associations, will grant all winners an indisputable international quality acknowledgement. And quality at EuBea means creativity, effectiveness, direction, technique, setting, location, press return, sustainability: a series of key features that, combined with all other “ingredients”, make an event a rewarding live communication experience for the audience. Big and small events have the same chances to win, regardless of their budget, being creativity and innovation the main criteria for evaluation.
